Berry yourself in twelve strawberry cupcakes
Yiango shares her latest recipe. This time, strawberry cupcakes for the perfect treat.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your preference)
1 tsp whitewine vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 ¼ cups flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sunflower oil
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
10 strawberries cut in slices
Procedure:
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix milk and vinegar and set aside. In a different bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In the milk add the rest of the liquid ingredients including the strawberries and mix. Then, add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and stir until most of the flour is dissolved. Do not overmix. Fill the cupcake cases up to 2/3 of the way and bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
