Imperial maintains second place in QS world rankings

Imperial College has been ranked the second-best university in the world, and the best university in Europe for the second consecutive year by QS. MIT maintained the top position in the rankings for the 14th year in a row.

The College ranked highly for its sustainability, ranking joint seventh in the world with the University of Edinburgh. It also scored highly in the newly introduced indicator for International Student Diversity.

Imperial’s President, Professor Hugh Brady, said: “This is a powerful endorsement of the talent, dedication and ambition that defines the Imperial communit y.”
