Felix launches societies events calendar

Felix has launched its first digital clubs and societies announcements calendar. The calendar, launched on Sunday 1st December, provides information on the society hosting the event, the time and location, the price of ticket and a link to the ticket portal or to the webpage which offers the most information. A link above the calendar also provides access to the Google Forms for societies to submit their event announcements.

The calendar is the brainchild the of Societies Editor and Senior Webmaster after they noticed that virtual announcements were made on social media physical announcements in Felix were out of date, and sought to create a real–time solution that could be centralised and easily accessible.
