Heaven reopens after Council hearing

Westminster Licensing Committee have allowed popular gay nightclub Heaven to reopen, following a hearing on Friday 6th December. Several new conditions for licensing have been implemented including final entry at 3am, a ban on queue drinking, and changes to its security.  The club had its license suspended for 28 days
