Students launch Spontu, an app to make Imperial student life easier
Amidst the busy student life, it can be hard to find people with your same interests or others like you who might be able to help you when needed.
Two Imperial students, Ved Pahariya and Hikari Suwa, have set out to make this easier, developing Spontu.
Spontu, launching 29 September, is an app and platform designed for students to ask for help and offer anything of student interest, from spare event tickets to flatmates needed or sport match and hackathon teammates.
While the primary focus is to allow students to create and join social plans, Spontu founders also aim for Imperial societies and departments to get involved by posting ad hoc relevant student events, with Ethos Sports Centre already confirmed to post events.
